We, as Winport Furniture, desire that our customers be satisfied with their purchases. The information below is provided to help you make the most of your purchases. We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping at Winport Furniture.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer standard ground shipping (not including: Priority, Next Day Air, or 2nd Day Air) all around the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any non-United States locations. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO or FPO addresses.

Please note, free shipping applies only when purchasing office chairs. Free shipping is not applied when purchasing the furniture.

DELIVERY

Our trained professional delivery personnel are available to deliver your furniture directly to your home. Delivery charges are based up on your zip code and distance, it includes inspection, assembly and set up, as well as the removal of any packing material. Due to the circumstances beyond our control, such as COVID-19, hurricanes, tropical storms etc., it is not possible for us to provide an exact time of your delivery. However, it can take up to 3 to 5 business days. Our delivery service will contact you the day before to inform and remind about scheduled delivery. You may also leave special instructions for us to call you at a specified number 30 mins to an hour prior your delivery so that drivers can be met at your home. Failure to notify us of any changes, once delivery has been conformed, will result in an additional charge. All Purchases must be paid on full prior to delivery or self-pick-up.

NO RUSH DELIVERY

Not ready for your new items? No need to stress. We also offer a no rush delivery option. We can hold onto your items up to 3 months at our warehouse— just contact us and we will schedule your delivery for the time frame that works best for you.

CUSTOMER PICK UP

Should you choose to waive the delivery option, you may pick up your furniture from our location. Our personnel are available to assist you with loading you merchandise. However, we cannot be responsible for securing your merchandise or for damages that occur as a result of transportation. Please check your items carefully prior to living a pick-up area. All customer pick-ups require an original receipt and government issued photo ID to be presented before merchandise can be release. No returns or exchanges are allowed after picking-up the purchase.
