Return Policy

 Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your delivery and we will dispatch a courier to pickup the item. We will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the item in our warehouse to ensure that it is in like-new condition. Our customer service team will then contact you to obtain a return shipping quote from the trucking company.

If item is in like-new condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method on file. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping fees (if the customer gives up without an issue with his order). 

Item must be returned in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. Item must be in like-new condition; if damaged, soiled, or visibly used, item will be deemed non-returnable. Upon arrival to our warehouse, the product will be inspected and the appropriate refund will be issued. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the pickup charge will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges 

We are happy to exchange an item if your order has not already shipped. Exchanges for shipped products are not allowed and would fall under our 30 day return policy.

 Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we are happy to provide a prompt replacement.

If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. If the item is readily available, we will send out a replacement item within 3 business days.

If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to info@winportusa.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
